Mr. Wood is the Regional Managing Director for the Mountain West Region of Merrill Private Wealth Management headquartered in Century City, California. He joined Merrill in 1993 after a distinguished active duty and reserve career serving in the United States Navy as a Naval Commander and Flight Officer. During his career with the firm, he has served as a wealth management advisor and has held a number of senior roles at the firm, most recently leading the Washington, D.C. market. He is active in various veteran support organizations and military service advocacy groups.

Jeff Wood is the regional managing director for AZ, HI, and southern CA.

As the Managing Director of the Pacific West region of Merrill Private Wealth Management, Ms. Murphy is responsible for overseeing the activities of advisor teams who focus on the financial needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients and supporting the lives and legacies they envision. She joined Merrill in 2000 and has held a number of leadership roles, including leading advisor teams in Oregon, the San Francisco Bay area and Southern California. Ms. Murphy is active in a number of community organizations, including as a member of Battery Powered (a community designed to find and fund people and projects who work to strengthen society).

Tracy Murphy is the regional managing director for AK, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA, and northern CA.

Ms. Patel is the Regional Managing Director for the Greater Texas Region at Merrill Private Wealth Management. Based in Dallas, she is responsible for the advisors teams serving ultra-high-net-worth clients in Texas Missouri, New Mexico and Colorado. Ms. Patel joined Merrill in 2006 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Advest. She has held a number of leadership roles in the midwest and Sourhern California regions, She holds a B.B.A. degree in international studies and a minor in economics from PACE University in New York, and is a board member with the Autry Museum in Los Angeles.

Linda Patel is the regional managing director for AR, CO, MO, NM, OK and TX.

As the Northeast Regional Managing Director, Mr. McGauley leads the Merrill Private Wealth Management advisors in New England, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He works directly with advisors and clients to develop robust, integrated and tailored wealth management strategies that respond to the complexities and opportunities of significant wealth. A Boston native, Mr. McGauley joined Merrill in 1994 as a financial advisor in Hyannis, MA. Prior to joining Private Wealth Management in 2009, his former leadership roles included Associate Director of the Short Hills, NJ complex, and Director of the Rockefeller Center and World Financial Center complexes in New York.

Gregory M. McGauley is the regional managing director for CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI and VT.

Mr. Powers is the Regional Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region for Merrill Private Wealth Management. He is based in Atlanta, GA, overseeing the Private Wealth Management advisors in 10 states and Washington, DC. Mr. Powers began his career at Merrill in 1994 and has held various roles at the firm, including divisional chief operating officer for the West and South Atlantic Divisions and market supervision manager for multiple markets. . He is a member of the Midlands Technical College Foundation Board and the Columbia Urban League.

Joe Powers is the regional managing director for AL, DE, GA, LA, MD, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA and Washington, DC.

Mr. Marsden is the Regional Managing Director for the Mid-America Region at Merrill Private Wealth Management. Based in Chicago, IL, he oversees the Private Wealth Managements advisors in 15 states as they help clients navigate the complexities and opportunities of significant wealth. Since beginning his career at Merrill in 1993 as a financial advisor in the Washington, DC office and building a successful practice, Mr. Marsden has held various leadership positions at the firm, including Associate Director and Market Executive of two office complexes. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).

Nathan Marsden is the regional managing director for IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, ND, OH, SD, WV, WI and WY.

As the Florida Regional Managing Director at Merrill Private Wealth Management, Mr. Moody is responsible for leading the ultra-high-net-worth business across the entire state, working with Private Wealth Advisors and their clients to develop tailored wealth management solutions for individuals, families and business owners with significant wealth. He joined Merrill in 1998, starting as a mortgage & credit specialist with Merrill Lynch Bank USA. In 2005, he became the Regional Sales Manager for Merrill Global Wealth Management’s Southwest Region, and in 2007, he served as the Associate Director in the Boca, Florida, complex. From 2009 to 2021, Mr. Moody oversaw the firm’s wealth management business serving clients in Miami and The Caribbean.
